Accuracy
Government records can be out of date, incomplete or wrong, and our processing can introduce errors. Each section links to the official source, which is the authority. Being near a facility or site does not mean exposure or harm.
Grades
Grades compare a location with other homes in the state using the published methodology. They describe official records, not the value, safety or desirability of any property or neighborhood, and they never use demographic information.
No warranty
The service is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for decisions made using it.
